Principle
The density tester is based on the principle of Archimedes drainage method. By measuring the weight difference of the sample in the air neutralizing immersion in the liquid medium, combined with the medium density and actual water temperature compensation, the density, volume, open Pore volume, closed Pore volume, closed gap rate, water absorption rate and other related parameters of the sample are calculated.

Steps
1. Preheat the machine and ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally
2. Select the appropriate measurement medium (such as water) according to the sample characteristics and inject it into the sink
3. Perform single-button automatic correction
4. Set the actual water temperature, medium density and other parameters
5. Place the sample on the measurement platform and weigh it in air
6. Immerse the sample in the medium and weigh it in water
7. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the results of density, volume, opening rate, closed cell rate, water absorption rate, etc

• Before use, make sure the instrument is placed on a smooth and level surface
Do not exceed the maximum capacity line of the sink when injecting measurement medium
• Water temperature compensation should be set according to the actual medium temperature before measurement
• When the sample is immersed in the medium, ensure complete immersion and no bubble adhesion
• When using non-aqueous media, it is necessary to accurately enter the medium density value in the parameter setting
• Regularly clean the measurement platform and sink to keep the instrument clean and drying
Avoid use in environments with strong electromagnetic interference or severe vibration
• Please turn off the power and cover the windproof and dust cover when the instrument is not in use
