Principle
The density tester is based on the principle of Archimedes drainage method. By measuring the weight difference of the sample in the air neutralizing immersion liquid medium (such as water), combined with the medium density and actual water temperature compensation, the density, volume, open Pore volume, closed Pore volume, closed gap rate, water absorption rate and other related parameters of the sample are calculated.

Steps
1. Turn it on to warm up and make sure the instrument is placed horizontally.
2. According to the sample and measurement requirements, set the actual water temperature, measurement medium density and other parameters.
3. Place the sample on the measurement platform and measure its weight in the air.
4. The sample is completely immersed in the water tank containing the medium, and its weight in the water is measured.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the results of density, volume, open Pore volume, closed Pore volume, closed gap rate, water absorption rate, etc.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly and in a horizontal state before use.
• Correctly select and set the measurement medium (e.g. water or Miscellaneous liquid) and its density according to the measurement needs.
• When submerging the sample, ensure that the sample is fully immersed and the surface is free of bubbles to obtain accurate measurement results.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Keep the sink and measurement platform clean to avoid impurities affecting the measurement.
Do not use this instrument in environments with strong electromagnetic interference, violent vibration or corrosive gases.
• When the instrument is not in use, please disconnect the power supply and take good dust protection.
