Steps
1. Turn it on and ensure that the instrument is stable.
2. Set the water temperature compensation value according to the actual water temperature.
3. Set the measurement medium density (such as water or Miscellaneous liquid) as needed.
4. Place the sample on the measurement platform.
5. Press the operation button to start the measurement, the measurement time is about 5 seconds to 30 seconds.
6. Read and record the true density, volume density, Porosity, water absorption and other related results displayed by the instrument.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in the range of AC100V~ 240V 50HZ/60HZ before use.
• Single key correction is required before measurement, and the instrument supports automatic detection and correction.
• Pay attention to the capacity of the sink (size 16.9 * 9.8 * 8.3mm) to avoid liquid overflow.
• The instrument has the function of setting the density of waterproof treatment medium, which needs to be set correctly when using non-aqueous medium.
• Do not use beyond the maximum weighing 300g or density Measurement range of 0.001~ 99.999g/cm ³.
• To maintain accuracy, regularly maintain and ensure that the measurement environment (e.g. using a windproof dust cover) meets requirements.
