Overview
DAHOMETER AR-300VM density tester is a new series of products launched by the brand based on multi-year density measurement technology through functional simplification, structural optimization and practicality enhancement. The instrument has the characteristics of good measurement Repeatability, high accuracy and simple operation. It mainly tests the density and related physical performance of various materials such as vulcanized rubber, sealing rubber, porous sponge, porous metal, Pottery and porcelain.

Principle
AR-300VM density tester is based on the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method for measurement. By measuring the mass of the sample in the air and the mass in the liquid (such as water), the density, volume change rate, mass change rate and water absorption rate of the sample are calculated.

Steps
1. Preheat the machine and set the water temperature and measurement medium density.
2. Place the sample on the measurement platform and weigh it in air.
3. Immerse the sample in a liquid medium in a water tank and weigh it in water.
4. The instrument automatically calculates and directly displays the results of density, mass change rate, volume change rate, water absorption rate, etc.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally before use.
• Select the appropriate measurement medium (e.g. water or Miscellaneous liquid) based on sample characteristics.
• Set the actual water temperature correctly before measurement to obtain accurate compensation.
• Ensure that the surface of the sample is clean, drying and free of bubbles, especially porous materials.
• Soak the sample gently to avoid liquid splashing or bubbles affecting the measurement.
• Clean the sink and measurement platform after use and keep the instrument drying.
• Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (AC100V~ 240V, 50HZ/60HZ).
• The instrument should be placed in a stable, no strong wind and vibration environment. It is recommended to use a windproof dust cover.
