Principle
The AR-300VP density tester works according to the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method. By measuring the weight difference of the sample in air neutralized in a liquid medium (such as water), combined with the known medium density, the density of the sample and related physical parameters are calculated.

Steps
1. Boot preheating and set water temperature and measurement medium density parameters.
2. Place the sample on the measurement platform and weigh it in air.
3. Immerse the sample in a measurement tank with a medium (such as water) and weigh it in water.
4. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the results, such as Porosity, volume density, apparent density, etc.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the instrument is placed horizontally on a stable table.
• Measuring method (boiling method, vacuum saturation method, sealing wax method) to prepare samples correctly.
• When immersing the sample, ensure that there are no bubbles attached to the surface of the sample.
• The measurement of medium density needs to be accurately set according to the actual liquid used.
• Regularly clean the measurement sink and platform to prevent contamination from affecting the accuracy.
