Principle
The density tester works according to the principle of the Archimedes buoyancy method, by measuring the weight difference of the sample in the air neutralizing in the liquid medium (such as water), combined with the known medium density, quickly calculate the sample density and related physical parameters.

Steps
1. Turn it on to warm up and make sure the instrument is placed horizontally.
2. Measuring method (such as boiling method, vacuum saturation method, sealing wax method) to prepare the sample.
3. Set or confirm parameters such as water temperature and measurement medium density.
4. Place the sample in air and weigh it.
5. Immerse the sample in the medium of the measurement tank and weigh it.
6. The instrument automatically calculates and displays density, Porosity and other related results.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly and horizontally before use.
• Correctly select and set the measurement medium (e.g. water or Miscellaneous liquid) and its density according to the measurement needs.
• Water temperature setting or compensation for accurate measurement results.
• Sample preparation to meet the requirements of the chosen Measuring method (e.g. boiling, vacuum saturation, or sealing wax).
• It is recommended to use a dedicated windproof dust cover during measurement to reduce environment interference.
Do not exceed the maximum weight of the instrument (150g).
• Keep the sink and sample clean to avoid contamination affecting the accuracy.
