Overview
YIHENG BPG-9050BH high temperature blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment with Pottery and porcelain fiber liner. Temperature range is RT + 20 ℃ to 400 ℃. Its liner size is 350 × 350 × 400mm and power is 4050W, suitable for experimental environments requiring high temperature drying.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners semicircular arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean.
2. Adopt the new P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller for fast, accurate and stable temperature control.
3. Pottery and porcelain fiber are used for the door seal, which is resistant to high temperature and has a long service life.
4. 7 groups of 63 steps can be preset, 9 steps per group, and the setting time of each group is 0~ 5999 minutes. It has the function of presetting the start and shutdown time, and the speed of the circulating fan is adjustable.
5. Multi-stage programmable control, menu-style operation interface, simplifies complex experimental processes, and realizes automatic control.
6. It is equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system (optional), which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
7. Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface (optional) for recording temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through the built-in heating element, and combines the forced blast of the circulating fan to circulate the hot air evenly in the box, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the sample quickly and evenly. Its core adopts a P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller to precisely control the heating process and ensure that the temperature is stable at the set value.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated environment and connect it to the AC380V power supply.
2. Open the box door, place samples and adjust the shelf position as needed.
3. Close the box door, set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the controller panel, or call the preset program.
4. Start the equipment, the circulating fan starts to work, and the heating system runs according to the set program.
5. During operation, the internal status can be monitored through the observation window or controller.
6. After the program runs or reaches the set time, the equipment automatically stops heating, and the temperature in the box naturally chills down to the safe range before opening the door to take out the sample.
Notice
Equipment must be installed and operated by professionals, and grounded properly.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive items in the box.
• When the equipment is running and just finished, the temperature of the box and interior is very high, do not touch it, and take good protection when opening the door to pick up objects to prevent burns.
The sample should not be placed too tightly, leaving enough space to ensure hot air circulation.
• Clean the liner regularly, but do not use corrosive cleaners.
• If not in use for a long time, please cut off the power supply.
