Overview
YIHENG BPG-9200AH high temperature blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment using Pottery and porcelain fiber liner. Temperature range is RT + 20~ 400 ℃. Its liner size is 600 × 600 × 600mm and power is 4900W, which is suitable for experimental environments requiring high temperature drying.

1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners semicircular arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, and is forced by a circulating fan to circulate hot air in the box to achieve uniform heating and drying of the sample. Heating power is precisely adjusted by a P.I.D fuzzy logic controller to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
Applications
Laboratories, research institutes, industrial production and other fields that require high temperature drying, stoving, heat treatment, and material aging testing.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect it to the AC380V power supply.
2. Open the box door, place samples and install shelves as needed.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature, time and program parameters through the operation panel.
4. Start the equipment, the circulating fan starts to work, and the heating system runs according to the set program.
5. After the operation, the equipment automatically stops heating, and the temperature in the box is naturally cooled down to a safe range before opening the door to take out the sample.
Notice
Equipment must be installed and operated by professionals to ensure that the Power supply voltage is AC380V.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive items in the box.
• When the equipment is running and just after the end, the internal temperature of the box is very high, do not touch it, and take good protection when opening the door to pick up objects.
• Do not use outside the operating environment temperature range of the equipment (RT + 5~ 40 ℃).
• Regularly clean the liner to ensure that the air duct is open.
• Optional independent temperature limit alarm system and communication interface, which need to be installed and used correctly according to the instructions.
