Overview
YIHENG Vacuum oven is suitable for heat treatment in vacuum state such as defoaming, dehydrating, hardening and drying after washing in the production process of electronic products, and is widely used in vacuum drying treatment of lithium-ion batteries, LED photoelectric components, crystal oscillators and other electronic product production processes.

Principle
The equipment extracts the air in the working room through the Vacuumpump to form a vacuum environment, and combines the heating system to dry the material. In the vacuum state, the boiling point of water is reduced, which is conducive to the rapid evaporation and removal of moisture in the material, thereby improving the drying efficiency and reducing the damage to heat-sensitive materials.
Applications
Vacuum drying treatment for the production process of lithium-ion batteries, LED photoelectric components, crystal oscillators and other electronic products
Steps
1. Put the materials to be processed into the studio.
2. Close the box door and adjust the closing tightness.
3. Set the heating temperature, vacuum holding, and nitrogen holding time according to the process requirements (e.g. with program control function).
4. Start the equipment, vacuum and heat drying.
5. After drying is completed, end the process according to the program or manual operation, and take out the material.
Notice
• Optional exhaust oil filtrating device, it is recommended to replace it every 6 months.
• Model with "B" is equipped with imported Vacuumpump.
• BPZ series Vacuum oven with Vacuumpump and drying tank.
• Some models (e.g. BPZ-6503B, BPZ - 6090-2/2 B, BPZ - 6210-2/2 B) have a delivery period of 25 days.
• Some models (e.g. BPZ-6933B, BPZ - 6140-3/3 B) have a delivery period of 30 days.
The recommended working environment temperature is RT + 5~ 40 ℃, and the humidity is below 50% RH.
