Overview
YIHENG Vacuum oven is suitable for heat treatment in vacuum state such as defoaming, dehydrating, hardening and drying after washing in the production process of electronic products, and is widely used in vacuum drying treatment of lithium-ion batteries, LED photoelectric components, crystal oscillators and other electronic product production processes.

Principle
The Vacuum oven extracts the air in the working room through the Vacuumpump to form a vacuum environment, and combines the heating system to heat treat the materials in the box. In the vacuum state, the boiling point of water is reduced, which is conducive to the rapid evaporation and removal of moisture in the material, so as to achieve efficient drying. Some models support program control, and can set the stages of heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding to meet specific process requirements.
