Overview
YIHENG High and Low Temperature Damping heat testing chamber is a new generation of testing equipment that integrates high and low temperature, heat and humidity testing functions. It adopts humanized design concept and pays attention to details to meet customer needs. It has multi-stage programmable control ability, which is suitable for simulating complex environmental conditions and provides reliable environmental adaptability testing for products.

Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through refrigeration system (original imported Compressor and environmentally friendly refrigerant) and heating system, and humidity control through humidification system (dry and wet ball or electric kiln). Its unique circulating air duct system ensures uniform distribution of temperature and humidity in the working room. The multi-stage programmable controller automatically adjusts the working state of the refrigeration, heating and humidification system according to the preset program to simulate the required temperature and humidity environment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a suitable location and connect it to an AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Pull out the built-in sink to add water.
3. Set the required temperature and humidity program and parameters through the color touch screen controller.
4. Put the sample into the inner box and can load and unload the shelf as needed.
5. Start the device and run the test program.
6. During the test, measurement or operation can be carried out through the left test hole.
7. After the test, take out the sample and export or print the data if necessary (if relevant functions are selected).
Notice
When the equipment exceeds the limit temperature, it will automatically interrupt and alarm, and it needs to be dealt with in time.
* Pay attention to the Compressor, fan and other components of overheating, overcurrent, overload protection tips, and water shortage alarm.
* Regularly clean the inner box and pay attention to safety when loading and unloading shelf brackets.
* Use environmentally friendly refrigerants, do not discharge them at will.
* The optional data processing function needs to be connected to the corresponding device according to the instructions.
