Overview
YIHENG water-proof thermostatic incubator adopts water jacket heating method, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 65 ℃, Temperature Uniformity can reach +/- 0.5 ℃ (37 ℃). The product design is user-friendly, with a variety of safety and intelligent control functions, suitable for experimental environments such as cell foster and microbial foster that require high temperature uniformity, Stability and safety.
Features
1. Humanized design: brushed stainless steel liner, four corners and a half arc transition, shelf can be freely loaded and unloaded; water-proof heating to ensure uniform temperature and long insulation time after power failure; with observation Glass door, automatically suspend heating and fan when opening the door.
2. Automatic control of circulating fan speed: automatically reduce the wind speed when thermostatic to avoid sample volatilization.
3. LCD multi-stage programmable controller (with "N" model): multi-stage temperature, wind speed, time and heating rate programmable settings to achieve layer heating and automatic operation control.
4. Safety function: independent temperature limit alarm system, with high temperature, low temperature, over-temperature, water shortage and long door sound and light alarm.

Principle
The incubator uses a water-proof (water jacket) heating principle to indirectly and evenly transfer heat to the studio by heating the water in the jacket. The microcomputer controller uses self-tuning PID technology to precisely regulate the temperature and avoid overshoot. The circulating fan speed can be automatically adjusted according to the thermostatic state to provide a wind speed suitable for cell growth. The multi-stage program controller can preset and automatically execute complex temperature and time programs.

Steps
Make sure the device is placed smoothly and connected to the power supply (AC220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time, circulating wind speed and other parameters through the LCD controller. If it is a programmable model (with "N"), multiple programs can be set.
3. Place the sample on a freely removable shelf and close the box door.
4. Start the equipment, and the incubator will automatically run according to the set program, heating and controlling the circulating wind speed.
5. It can be observed through the Glass door during operation, and the equipment will automatically suspend work when the door is opened.
6. After running or reaching the scheduled time, the device can automatically enter the standby or shutdown state (if preset).
Notice
Equipment working environment temperature should be between + 5~ 35 ℃.
• Please check the water level before operation to avoid water shortage alarm and dry burning.
• Pay attention to the equipment alarm prompts (such as overtemperature, water shortage, door opening is too long, etc.), and deal with them in a timely manner.
• When cleaning the studio, remove the shelves and use the appropriate detergent.
• Optional functions (such as ultraviolet sterilization, automatic water addition, communication interface, etc.) need to be clear when booking, and the RS485 interface and printer are usually configured to choose one of the two.
The main difference between different models (e.g. GMP-9160 and GMP-9160N) is whether the controller is multi-stage programmable, please choose according to the experimental requirements.
