Overview
The BPZ-6063LCB Vacuum oven produced by YIHENG Instruments has the characteristics of short heating time, accurate control, safety and reliability, and can smoothly dry heat-sensitive substances and easy oxidation substances. The product uses a digital pressure sensor to automatically control the Vacuum Level and vacuum pump through a microcomputer.
Features

Principle
The Vacuum oven controls the Vacuum Level digitally, using a resistive silicon tube pressure sensor to ensure a stable pressure value, not affected by air flow, and automatically controls the Vacuum Level and vacuum pump through a microcomputer. The drying process control provides a programmed vacuum cycle, setting the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values, and the number of cycles can reach 99 times. With each cycle, the Humidity continues to decrease and the drying speed increases.

Steps
1. Set the highest and lowest Vacuum Level values as required, such as the minimum Vacuum Level 50Pa and the maximum Vacuum Level 900Pa.
2. Set the number of cycles, up to a maximum of 99.
3. Direct programming through the Operating interface, preset 7 groups of 63 steps to program.
4. Set each set time from 1 to 99 hours and 59 minutes.
5. Preset boot and shutdown times.
6. Control any two points or areas between Vacuum Levels in the range of 10~ 105Pa through the panel.
