Overview
LD-5H/L laser dust meter is a JDHS brand laser low-light source light scattering fast dust meter, which can directly read particulate matter (PM) mass concentration, produce results in 1 minute, and has a built-in filter sampling device. The instrument has the functions of continuous monitoring of particulate matter (PM) concentration, timing sampling and alarm of dust concentration exceeding the standard. It is equipped with PM10, PM5, PM2.5, PM1.0 and TSP cutters to choose from. It has obtained the People's Republic of China Manufacturing Measurement Instrument License and Measurement Instrument Type Approval Certificate.

Principle
The instrument uses the laser beam of light to irradiate the dust-containing airflow, so that the beam of light produces scattered light. The higher the dust concentration, the greater the intensity of the scattered light, so as to measure the dust concentration. The light scattering method has the advantages of fast, sensitive and good Stability, no sample storage is required, and error factors are reduced.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power supply;
2. Select the cutter type as required.
3. Set the Sampling time or use the default 1 minute;
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically displays the dust concentration;
5. Optional computer for data communication and processing;
6. Turn off the power after use and maintain it regularly.
Notice
• Optical inspection system to avoid contamination, regular use of self-cleaning function;
Make sure the battery is fully charged and can be used continuously for no more than 8 hours.
• Alarm threshold setting must comply with relevant standards;
• Use with caution in environments with high dust concentration;
• Pay attention to cyclic overwriting when storing data;
• Check the status of the filter and cutter before use.
