Overview
LD-5K (L) laser dust meter is JDHS brand online monitoring equipment, as a sub-station end point of particulate matter (PM) online monitoring system. It realizes two-way communication with the data center through GPRS wireless network and Internet network, and supports real-time monitoring and data transmission of dust concentration. The system can automatically monitor particulate matter (PM) concentration and supports wired or wireless transmission.
Features
1. Based on GPRS and Internet networks, communication is reliable and real-time, ensuring timely data transmission.
2. The sub-station dust meter can be started and turned off regularly to achieve unattended online monitoring.
3. The data center uses database and configuration software to provide a friendly human-machine interface and Data analysis functions.
4. Support the analysis of the data of each collection point, and display the data change trend through charts and Linear dispersion.
5. Data can be stored in the configuration software real-time database and ACCESS database for easy historical query.
6. Equipped with alarm management function to alert administrators to abnormal data and improve monitoring effectiveness.
7. System integration fault diagnosis, status display and release function.
8. Central station data can be queried remotely through IE browser.
9. A central station can support up to 64 sub-stations (dust meters).
10. All-weather continuous multi-station monitoring, data is automatically transmitted to the control center.
Principle
The LD-5K laser dust meter is used as the end point of the sub-station, connects to the GPRS wireless network through the LD-5K data transmission unit, and then connects to the Internet network to transmit the dust concentration data to the data center. The data center analyzes and stores the data through software to realize two-way communication and real-time monitoring.
Applications
Workplace labor online monitoring
Steps
1. Start the dust meter sub-station and connect to the GPRS and Internet network through the data transmission unit.
2. Measurement time, shutdown time, arm-up time and sampling times.
3. Select the monitoring mode (such as public places, atmospheric environment or labor hygiene mode).
4. Data is automatically transferred to the data center for real-time analysis and storage through software.
5. Data and charts can be queried remotely through IE browser.
Notice
• Ensure that GPRS and Internet network connections are stable to ensure smooth communication.
• Regularly check the system fault diagnosis function and deal with abnormal conditions in a timely manner.
• Set the Alarm threshold for dust concentration exceeding the standard to avoid exceeding 65mg/m ³.
• In unattended mode, confirm that the timing start and shutdown functions are normal.
• Warm up the device before use, and the Warm-Up Time can be set to 0-10 seconds.
When storing data, pay attention to the cyclic storage limit, up to 999 sets of data.
