Overview
JDHS LD-5K (H) laser dust meter is an online particulate matter (PM) monitoring equipment, as the end point of the particulate matter (PM) online monitoring system, through the GPRS wireless network and Internet network to achieve two-way communication with the data center, can automatically monitor dust concentration and real-time transmission of data.
Features
1. Based on GPRS and Internet network communication, ensure real-time and smooth
2. Support regular start and shutdown of sub-stations to achieve unattended online monitoring
3. The data center is equipped with a database and configuration software, providing a friendly human-machine interface
4. Can analyze the data trend of each collection point, and display it in real time through the chart Linear dispersion
5. Data can be stored in the configuration software real-time database and ACCESS database for easy historical query
6. Equipped with alarm management function to remind data abnormalities
7. Integrated fault diagnosis, status display, and release functions
8. Support remote query central station data, charts and Linear dispersion through IE browser
9. A central station can support up to 64 sub-stations (dust meter).
10. All-weather continuous multi-station monitoring, data is automatically transmitted to the control center
11. Provide a variety of particle cutter options (PM10, PM5, PM2.5, PM1.0, TSP)
12. High detection sensitivity (0.001mg/m ³), results in 1 minute
13. Supports multiple monitoring modes to calculate TWA and STEL values
14. Communication interface (RS232, RS485, radio, GPRS) and output interface
Principle
As the end point of the monitoring system, the laser dust meter automatically monitors the particulate matter (PM) concentration through the built-in Sensor. The data is connected to the GPRS wireless network through the LD-5K data transmission unit, and then transmitted to the data center through the Internet network to realize the two-way data communication between the sub-station and the central station.
Applications
Workplace labor, online monitoring
Steps
1. Start the dust meter and preheat (0~ 10 seconds)
2. Measurement time (1~ 9999 seconds), shutdown time (0~ 9999 seconds) and sampling times (1~ 9999 times)
3. Select the monitoring mode (public places, atmospheric environment, labor health)
4. Start automatic monitoring, and the data is transmitted to the data center in real time
5. View data, graphs and Linear dispersion through data center software
6. Alarm threshold (maximum 65mg/m ³) and fault handling if necessary
Notice
• Ensure that GPRS and Internet network connections are normal to ensure smooth communication
• Regularly check the equipment failure status and deal with it in time
• Pay attention to the reasonable setting of the Alarm threshold for dust concentration exceeding the standard
• Select the appropriate particle cutter and monitoring mode according to actual needs
• Data storage attention cycle storage limit (999 sets of data)
• When querying remotely, you need to access the central station through IE browser
