Overview
LD-3H laser dust meter is a Portable testing equipment of JDHS brand. It is suitable for rapid determination of inhalable particulate matter (PM) (PM10) concentration in public places, dust concentration detection in industrial and mining enterprises, inhalable dust monitoring in the field of environment protection, and air purifier purification efficiency evaluation. The instrument has more than 1,000 use records all over the country and is well received by users.
Features
1. Can directly read particulate matter (PM) mass concentration (mg/m ³), 1 minute results, or arbitrarily set the Sampling time according to user needs;
2, measurement fast, accurate, high detection sensitivity;
3. The self-calibration system is designed, and the instrument performance is stable and reliable;
4, with air curtain Shielding and clean gas self-cleaning function, to ensure that the Optical inspection system is not contaminated;
5. The software automatically adjusts to zero.
6. With two-way communication function with the computer, data processing can be carried out through the PC, and Linear dispersion and tables can be printed out;
7, with particulate matter (PM) concentration continuous monitoring, timing sampling and dust concentration alarm and other functions;
8. Large-screen LCD display.
Principle
The instrument adopts the principle of laser light scattering, and uses the laser beam of light to irradiate the dust-containing airflow to generate scattered light. The higher the dust concentration, the greater the intensity of the scattered light, so as to determine the dust concentration. The method has the advantages of rapidity, sensitivity, good Stability, small volume, light weight, no noise, simple operation, safety and reliability, high Sensitivity and small sample volume requirements can shorten the sampling and Analysis time, and no sample storage is required to reduce errors.
Applications
Measurement of inhalable particulate matter (PM) concentration in public places, dust concentration detection in industrial and mining enterprises, inhalable dust monitoring in the field of environment protection, and evaluation of air purifier purification efficiency
Standards
WS/T206-2001 "Determination of respirable particulate matter (PM) (PM10) in the air of public places - light scattering method", LD98-1996 "light scattering method for the determination of dust concentration in the air", TB/T 2323-92 "The conversion method of relative mass concentration and mass concentration of dust in air instruments in railway workplaces", Health Supervision Fa [2006] No. 58 "Specification for centralized air conditioning ventilating systems in public places"
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power supply and check the battery power;
2. Set the Sampling time as needed (standard is 1 minute, adjustable 0.1-9999 minutes);
3. Place the instrument in the detection position and start sampling;
4. Automatic measurement and display of particulate matter (PM) mass concentration;
5. Data can be transferred to a computer for processing or printing through the RS232 interface.
6. Clean the instrument and turn off the power after use.
Notice
• The instrument should be used within the Ambient Temperature range of 0 ℃~ 40 ℃;
• Avoid storing at temperatures below -20 ° C or above 60 ° C.
• Regular use of self-school systems to ensure stable performance;
• Keep the Optical inspection system clean and use the air curtain Shielding function to prevent contamination;
• Check the power supply before use to ensure that the AC-DC dual-use battery is sufficient;
• Avoid operating in a strong electromagnetic interference environment;
• Ensure that the interface connection is firm during data transmission.
• Optional Accessories such as communication software and printers need to be installed and used according to the instructions.
