Overview
LD-3L laser dust meter is a product of JDHS brand. It is suitable for rapid determination of inhalable particulate matter (PM) (PM10) concentration in public places, detection of dust concentration in industrial and mining enterprises, and monitoring of inhalable dust concentration in the field of environment protection. It can also be used to evaluate the purification efficiency of air purifiers. In recent years, more than 1,000 LD-3 instruments have been used all over the country and have been well received by users.

Principle
The laser beam of light is irradiated on the dust-containing airflow, so that the beam of light produces scattered light. The higher the dust concentration, the greater the intensity of the scattered light generated, and the dust concentration is measured. The light scattering method for measuring the inhalable particulate matter (PM) concentration in the air of public places has the advantages of speed, sensitivity, Stability, small size, light weight, no noise, simple operation, safety and reliability. On the one hand, the method has a high Sensitivity and requires a small amount of sample, and can eliminate or simplify the Sampling Handling step, so the Sampling time and Analysis time can be greatly shortened; on the other hand, the method does not require sample storage, thereby avoiding or reducing the various possible error factors in the analysis method.

Steps
1. Turn it on and ensure that the instrument self-calibration system is running normally.
2. Set the Sampling time as needed (e.g. 1 minute or any time);
3, start measurement, the instrument automatically displays particulate matter (PM) mass concentration;
4, through the PC for data processing and printing;
5. After use, turn off the instrument and clean it.
Notice
- Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used within the range of 0 ° C to 40 ° C;
Storage temperature should be maintained at -20 ° C to 60 ° C.
