Overview
The CCD-500 explosion-proof dust meter is a light-scattering fast dust meter produced by JDHS with laser as Illuminant, which meets the requirements of intrinsic safety. The explosion-proof mark of the instrument is Exib ⅱ BT4Gb, which can directly read the mass concentration (mg/m ³). It is easy to carry and easy to operate. There are PM1, PM2.5, PM5, PM10 and TSP cutters to choose from. The built-in filter sampling device can collect dust samples while continuous monitoring.
Features
1. Can directly read particulate matter (PM) mass concentration (mg/m ³), 1 minute results, or arbitrarily set Sampling time
2, measurement fast, accurate, high detection sensitivity
3, designed a self-calibration system, instrument performance is stable and reliable
4, with air curtain Shielding and clean gas self-cleaning function, to ensure that the Optical inspection system is not contaminated
5. Realized the automatic zero adjustment of the software
6, with two-way communication function with the computer (only in non-explosive gas environment)
7, with particulate matter (PM) concentration continuous monitoring, timing sampling and dust concentration alarm function
8, Intrinsic Safety (IS) products, through Measurement and explosion-proof certification
9. A variety of cutters are available for measurement of dust concentration of different particle sizes
Principle
The CCD-500 explosion-proof dust detector adopts the light scattering type measurement principle of laser as Illuminant, and collects dust samples while continuously monitoring particulate matter (PM) in the air through the built-in filter membrane sampling device. Composition analysis and filter weighing method can be used to obtain the mass concentration conversion coefficient K.
Applications
Environment, public testing, Zone 1, Zone 2, Division IIB, T4 and the following workplaces
