Overview
The CCD-500 explosion-proof dust tester is the JDHS brand Intrinsic Safety (IS) Portable dust tester, a light-scattering fast dust tester with laser as Illuminant, which meets intrinsic safety requirements. The instrument can directly read the mass concentration (mg/m ³), is easy to carry and easy to operate, provides PM1, PM2.5, PM5, PM10 and TSP cutter options, can measure dust concentration of different particle sizes, built-in filter membrane sampling device, supports continuous monitoring and dust sample collection.
Features
1. Can directly read particulate matter (PM) mass concentration (mg/m ³), 1 minute results or arbitrarily set Sampling time
2. Fast, accurate measurement and high detection sensitivity
3. Design self-calibrating system, instrument performance is stable and reliable
4. With Air Curtain Shielding and Clean Gas Self-cleaning Function, Ensure Optical inspection system is not contaminated
5. Realize software automatic zeroing
6. With two-way communication function with computer, data processing can be carried out through PC (only used in non-explosive gas environment)
7. With continuous monitoring of particulate matter (PM) concentration, timing sampling and dust concentration exceeding the standard alarm function
8. Intrinsic Safety (IS) Products, Measurement and Explosion Proof Certification
9. A variety of cutters are available for measurement of dust concentration of different particle sizes
Principle
The CCD-500 explosion-proof dust detector adopts the principle of light scattering fast dust measurement with laser as Illuminant, and measures the particulate matter (PM) concentration in the air by light scattering method. The built-in filter sampling device can collect dust samples while continuous monitoring.
Applications
Environment, public testing, Zone 1, Zone 2, Division IIB, T4 and the following workplaces
Standards
