Overview
The AQM-1000H dust detector is a Multi-Parameter dust detection equipment under the JDHS brand, which belongs to the AQM-1000 series of online continuous monitoring equipment. The device can display measurement data of multiple particle sizes in only one measurement, without changing the cutting head, and supports mobile monitoring and fixed-point monitoring mode, which has strong practicability. The AQM-1000 is suitable for fixed-point monitoring, and can communicate and connect multiple monitoring stations through network technology implementation and summarize data to the central station. The product has obtained the "Measurement Instrument Form Approval Certificate" (CPA) and "Manufacturing Measurement Instrument License" (CMC) issued by the Quality Supervision Bureau, which greatly saves the customer's Measurement time and meets the technical requirements of data collection and comparison.

Principle
This product uses the principle of laser scattering for measurement. It is combined with a PIC microcontroller through a professional PM dust monitoring Sensor. The microcontroller is responsible for sensing detection and data processing, detecting the PM value in the environment in real time, and displaying the data through the LCD screen. The measurement data can also be transmitted to the computer software for further processing. The gas circuit and circuit system design enable the equipment to display multiple particle size concentrations simultaneously in one measurement without changing the cutting head.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device; 2. Measurement parameters are set through the 5-key input keyboard and LCD screen, such as particle size selection, measurement duration, Alarm threshold, etc.; 3. Measurement mode (multi-channel measurement or continuous monitoring) is selected; 4. Start measurement, the device automatically collects data; 5. Data is displayed on the screen in real time and can be stored or transmitted through the output interface; 6. After the measurement is completed, the stored data can be viewed or exported.
