Overview
AQM-1000A self-calibrating dust detector is a patented product developed by JDHS. It has an online automatic calibration function, which can calibrate and cross online. This instrument adopts mechanical hardware calibrate, which is different from general software operation, and truly realizes the full online automatic control. It effectively solves the problem of cumbersome and difficult daily maintenance of each monitoring end point during multi-station online monitoring.
Features
1. Using the principle of laser light scattering, it can realize fast measurement and directly read the mass concentration mg/m ³ (using the detection site concentration conversion coefficient K value).
2. Illuminant, mass concentration conversion coefficient is not affected by particulate matter (PM) Color.
3. With online continuous monitoring and timing Measurement mode, measurement and standby time can be freely set according to needs.
4. Automatic calibration function, which can send commands through the computer under unattended conditions to realize Automatic calibration and automatic zero calibration of hardware.
5. Built-in φ 40mm filter membrane can collect dust samples while monitoring particulate matter (PM) concentration.
6. There are PM10, PM5 and PM2.5, PM1, TSP cutters and total dust samplers to choose from.
7. Equipped with an optical path self-cleaning system to avoid dust contamination of the core components of the instrument.
8. Multiple Operating Modes, sampling can be started regularly according to the set time, and the resulting data can be stored, played back or imported into the PC for data processing, printing forms and Linear dispersion.
9. Built-in powerful air pump, more suitable for sampling occasions that require longer sampling tubes (such as the detection of inhalable particulate matter (PM) concentration at the exhaust port of centralized air conditioning). Can also be used for pipe dust measurement.
