Principle
The furnace is heated by resistance wires and converts electrical energy into heat. The K-type Thermocouple monitors the temperature in the furnace in real time and feeds the signal back to a 30-stage programmed temperature control system, which precisely controls the power output of the heating element to achieve precise regulation of the furnace temperature. The double-decked air-cooled circulation system between the furnace shells helps to dissipate heat and ensure that the surface temperature of the equipment is maintained at a low level.
