The SLX1200-40 high temperature furnace is a medium-sized box-type high temperature furnace with a maximum temperature of 1200 ° C. Principle
The furnace uses a resistance wire as the heating element. The temperature in the furnace is monitored in real time through a K-type Thermocouple, and the signal is fed back to a 30-stage programmed temperature control system. The temperature control system precisely controls the Heating power according to the set program, so that the furnace temperature rises and falls at a predetermined rate and stabilizes at the target temperature. The air-cooled circulation system between the double-decked furnace shells helps to dissipate heat and ensure that the furnace surface temperature is maintained at a low level.

Steps
Connect a 380V 50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required 30-stage heating, insulation, and cooling procedures through the temperature control system.
4. After confirming that the program is correct, start the heating.
The equipment will operate automatically according to the set program, reaching a maximum of 1200 ° C or 1100 ° C for continuous operation.
6. After the program runs, the equipment automatically stops heating, which can be naturally cooled down or assisted by the air cooling system.
7. After the furnace temperature has dropped to a safe range, the sample can be removed by opening the furnace door.

The power supply of the equipment is 380V, and it is necessary to ensure that the wiring is correct and meets safety regulations.
* Operating temperature is 1200 ℃, do not use over temperature.
Do not exceed the maximum heating rate (20 ° C/min) when heating up.
When the furnace body is running at high temperature, do not touch the furnace shell to prevent burns.
When taking samples, make sure that the furnace temperature has been lowered to a safe range.
