Principle
The high temperature furnace uses silicon carbide rods as heating elements to generate high temperature through electric energy. The furnace is insulated by aluminum oxide polycrystalline fiber material, and the heat forms a Balanced temperature field in the furnace through thermal radiation and convection. The air-cooled circulation system between the double-decked furnace shells can accelerate the heat dissipation of the furnace body. With the 51-stage program temperature control system, the temperature in the furnace can be accurately controlled and quickly raised and lowered.
