Overview
This box furnace (model SLX1400-30) uses imported silicon carbide rods as heating elements, and is equipped with a double-decked shell structure and a 51-stage programmed temperature control system. The furnace uses 1800 type aluminum oxide polycrystalline fiber material, and the double-decked furnace shell is equipped with an Air-Cooled circulation system, which can heat up quickly. Principle
The muffle furnace generates heat through silicon carbide rod heating elements, combines double-decked shell structure and air-cooled circulation system to achieve rapid heating and uniform temperature field distribution. The 51-stage programmed temperature control system precisely adjusts the temperature to ensure that the temperature in the furnace is stable within the set range.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is 220V and 50Hz; 2. Set the 51-segment program temperature control system and enter the required temperature parameters; 3. Start the heating, and the system automatically controls the heating rate; 4. Monitor the temperature in the furnace to ensure stability at the set value; 5. After use, turn off the power supply and chill down.
