Overview
This SHENGLI SLX1700-40 high temperature furnace is a box furnace. It uses 1800 type silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, adopts double-decked shell structure and 40-segment programmed temperature control system, phase shift trigger, thyristor control. Principle
The high temperature furnace generates heat through 1800 type silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, and uses phase shift trigger and thyristor control technology to adjust Power. The 40-segment intelligent program temperature control system automatically controls temperature changes to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the furnace. Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is 380V 50Hz; 2. Set the 40-stage program temperature control system and enter the required temperature parameters; 3. Start the heating and monitor the heating process; 4. After reaching the set temperature, carry out the experiment or sintering operation; 5. After completion, cool down according to the program or chill down naturally; 6. Turn off the power supply and clean the furnace.
