The SLQ1200-30 atmosphere furnace is a high temperature heat treatment equipment of the SHENGLI brand. It is specially used for the sintering or annealing process of materials in an atmosphere or inert gas environment (such as inert or reducing gas). Operating temperatures can reach 1100 ° C. The equipment uses aluminum oxide fiber furnace and resistance wire heating elements. The sealing plate on the top of the furnace body integrates a chilled down water pipe to ensure sealing performance during operation. It is ideal for processing materials such as Pottery and porcelain that need to be sintered in a specific atmosphere.

Principle
The atmosphere furnace uses resistance wire as the heating element to generate high temperature in the furnace made of aluminum oxide fibers. The temperature (temperature control accuracy +/- 1 ° C) and heating rate (≤ 10 ° C/min) are precisely adjusted by the control system. During operation, specific gases such as nitrogen (N2) or hydrogen (H2) can be introduced into the sealing furnace, and the gas flow can be controlled by a flow meter. The air pressure in the furnace (0.01-0 Mpa) can be adjusted with a mechanical Vacuumpump to create the required atmosphere environment for material sintering or annealing. The chill down water system on the top of the furnace helps to maintain the temperature of the sealing components, ensuring long-term sealing Reliability.

Steps
1. Check whether the equipment power supply (AC220V), chilled down water (water cooler flow rate 16L/min) and gas pipeline connection are normal.
2. Put the material to be treated into the furnace (size 300 * 200 * 200mm).
3. Close the furnace door, start the mechanical Vacuumpump, and pump the furnace to a certain degree of vacuum as required.
4. Pass the required gas (such as N2 or H2) into the furnace through the flow meter, set the flow rate (0~ 3.5L/min) and the pressure in the furnace (0.01-0 Mpa).
5. Set the temperature program, including the target temperature (up to 1100 ° C), heating rate (≤ 10 ° C/min) and other parameters, and start the heating.
6. After the sintering or annealing process is completed, cool down according to the program. After the furnace temperature is reduced to a safe range, turn off the gas source and power supply.
7. Before removing the material, ensure that the atmosphere and temperature in the furnace have been restored to a safe state.
Notice
• Operating temperature is 1100 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• When introducing flammable gases such as hydrogen, it is necessary to ensure that the pipeline is well sealed, the operation area is ventilated and away from open flames, and leakage is strictly prevented.
• Before starting, be sure to confirm that the chilled down water system (water cooling) is running normally and the flow rate is not less than 16L/min to prevent the sealing parts from overheating and damage.
• When using a mechanical Vacuumpump, pay attention to the operating specifications.
• The furnace temperature is high, and high temperature protective equipment should be worn when taking lofting products to avoid burns.
Do not disassemble or adjust the equipment unnecessarily while it is running.
• Keep the equipment and the surrounding environment clean and drying.
