Overview

This atmosphere furnace is specially designed for sintering or annealing materials in an atmosphere environment or inert gas environment, with a maximum temperature of 1400 ° C. Principle

The atmosphere furnace generates high temperatures in the aluminum oxide fiber furnace through silicon carbide rod heating elements, up to 1400 ° C, for sintering or annealing of materials in an atmosphere or inert gas environment. The top sealing plate of the furnace body is embedded with a chilled down water pipe, combined with Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled systems, to ensure sealing and temperature control during operation, and to adjust the atmosphere environment through Gas flow rate meter and pressure Control system.
