Overview
The SLQ1700-30 atmosphere furnace is a SHENGLI brand equipment specially designed for sintering or annealing materials in an atmosphere environment or inert gas environment, with a maximum temperature of 1700 ° C. The equipment uses aluminum oxide fiber furnace and silicon molybdenum rod heating elements. The sealing plate on the top of the furnace body is embedded with a chilled down water pipe to ensure the sealing performance. It is an ideal choice for sintering materials such as ceramic materials in inert or reducing gas environments.

Principle
The atmosphere furnace heats the aluminum oxide fiber furnace with a silicon molybdenum rod heating element up to 1700 ° C. The atmosphere environment is created by mechanical vacuum pump and sealing system during operation, and the inert gas or reducing Gas flow rate is precisely controlled by Flow rate meter. At the same time, Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled systems are used to maintain the stable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Check the equipment Power supply voltage is 220V
2. Turn on the mechanical vacuum pump to create an atmosphere environment
3. Gas flow rate (N2:0~ 3.5L/min, H2:0~ 3.5L/min)
4. Set pressure control parameters (0.01-0)
5. Start the heating program, the heating rate does not exceed 20 ° C/min
6. Monitor the temperature to the desired value (up to 1700 ° C)
7. After sintering or annealing, use the chilling down system
