The SLQ1700-50 atmosphere furnace is a SHENGLI brand equipment specially designed for sintering or annealing materials in an atmosphere or inert gas environment, with a maximum temperature of 1700 ° C. The equipment uses aluminum oxide fiber furnace and silicon molybdenum rod heating elements, and the top sealing plate of the furnace body is equipped with a chilled down water pipe to ensure sealing performance. It is especially suitable for sintering ceramic materials in inert or reducing gas environments.

Principle
The atmosphere furnace heats the material in the aluminum oxide fiber furnace with a silicon molybdenum rod heating element up to 1700 ° C. The equipment creates the required atmosphere environment through a mechanical vacuum pump, uses a Flow rate meter to precisely control the inert or reducing Gas flow rate, and maintains the furnace body sealing and working Stability through the top chilled down water pipe and air cooling system.

Steps
1. Check the equipment Power supply voltage is 380V
2. Confirm that the chilled down system (Water-Cooled and air-cooled) is operating normally
3. Create the desired atmosphere environment by mechanical vacuum pump
4. Set the Gas flow rate parameter (N _ 2: 0-3.5 L/min, H _ 2: 0-3.5 L/min)
5. Set pressure control parameters (0.01-0)
6. Set the heating program up to 1700 ° C
7. Monitor temperature accuracy to maintain +/- 1 ℃
8. Control the heating rate within 20 ° C/min
