SHENGLI SLG1400-60 tube furnace is a high temperature equipment with 99 high purity aluminum oxide corundum furnace tube and silicon carbide rod heating element. Principle
The tube furnace is heated by a silicon carbide heating element, and a High Accuracy SCR Phase Shift Trigger Control system is used to achieve accurate temperature control. The double shell is equipped with a cold air system to quickly reduce the temperature of the furnace body and ensure safe operation. The programmed temperature control system allows users to set 30-stage temperature programs to automate the heating process.
