Overview
YIHENG BPG-9200BH high temperature blast drying oven is a laboratory blast drying oven using ceramic fibers. Temperature range is RT + 20~ 400 ℃, liner size is 600 × 600 × 600mm, Power is 6050W.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners semicircular arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean the box.
2. Adopt the new P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller to quickly reach the set value and operate more accurately and stably.
3. The door seal is made of ceramic fiber, which can operate at high temperature for a long time and has a long service life.
4. 7 groups of 63 steps can be preset, 9 steps per group, and the setting time of each group is 0~ 5999 minutes. The startup and shutdown time can be preset, and the rotation speed of the circulating fan can be adjusted.
5. Multi-stage programmable control, Menu Operating interface, can simplify the complex experimental process, truly realize automatic control and operation.
6. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, it will automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
7. Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface, used to connect to a printer or computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
Adopting the principle of high temperature blast drying, precise temperature control is realized by ceramic fiber liner and P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller, and the circulating fan can adjust the wind speed to ensure the uniform and stable temperature in the box.
Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Operating interface settings through the menu temperature, time and other parameters.
3. 7 groups of 63 steps can be programmed, and the setting time for each group is 0 to 5999 minutes.
4. Start the equipment and the circulating fan starts to work.
5. Automatic temperature control operation of the equipment, optional independent temperature limit alarm system to ensure safety.
6. After running, turn off the power.

• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃.
• Independent temperature limit alarm system is an optional function, if you need to use it, you need to buy it additionally.
• Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface as an optional function, additional purchase is required.
• Shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, pay attention to safety when cleaning.
• Power supply voltage must be AC380V 50HZ.
