YIHENG DZF-6034 Vacuum oven is a new generation product that integrates the brand's successful experience in box heating. Through dedicated research, the bottleneck in the heat conduction process has been overcome and a good heat conduction method has been found. The equipment is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis and easy-to-oxidation substances. It can be filled with inert gas internally to achieve rapid drying of complex items.
Features
1. Cuboid studio design, effective volume utilization, equipped with microcomputer temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control, compared with the traditional Vacuum Chamber drying time reduced by more than 40%.
2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors are used to facilitate the observation of objects in the studio and to fill the interior with inert gas.
3. The door closure is elastic and adjustable, and the integrally formed synthetic silicon door seal ensures that the box maintains a high Vacuum Level.

Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the pressure in the box by vacuuming, reduces the boiling point of water, and accelerates the drying process in combination with a heating system. It can be filled with inert gas to protect heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances, enabling fast and safe drying in an oxygen-free or inert environment.
