YIHENG DZF-6051 Vacuum oven is a new generation of vacuum drying equipment that integrates the brand's many years of successful experience in box heating, and overcomes the technical bottleneck in the heat conduction process through dedicated research. The equipment is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can fill the interior with inert gas and can also achieve rapid drying of complex components.

Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the pressure in the box by vacuuming, reduces the boiling point of water, and heats the studio with a precise temperature control system to achieve rapid drying. The equipment can be filled with inert gas to create an oxygen-free environment, preventing oxidation reactions of heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis and easy-to-oxidation substances during the drying process.

Steps
1. Place items to be dried in the studio
2. Adjust the tightness of the door closure to ensure sealing
3. Set the microcomputer temperature controller parameters
4. Start the equipment for vacuuming operation
5. Optional inert gas filling
6. Start the heating drying process
7. Monitor drying status through observation window
8. Turn off the equipment after drying and take out the items
Notice
● Equipment Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃
● Make sure that the sealing ring of the box door is intact and closed tightly before use
● When filling with inert gas, it needs to be operated according to the specifications
When cleaning the studio, use appropriate cleaning tools
Do not open the box door frequently during the operation of the equipment
