The PUSHEN Zahn-1 #Zain Cup is a portable measurement tool for quickly checking fluid viscosity. It is suitable for a variety of applications such as factories, workshops and laboratories. Principle
The Zain Cup determines the viscosity of a fluid by measuring the time it takes for a volume of fluid to flow out of the standard aperture at the bottom of the cup. The outflow time is related to the viscosity of the fluid, and the viscosity range of the fluid can be quickly evaluated by comparing the standard parameters at the specified environment temperature.

Steps
1. Hold the ring handle of the cup with your hand.
2. Fully immerse the cup in the liquid to be tested.
3. Keep the cup vertical through the ring ring in the center of the handle.
4. Quickly lift the cup vertically to the liquid level and start timing at the same time.
5. Observe the process of fluid flowing out of the flow hole at the bottom of the cup, and stop counting when the flow strand stops flowing for the first time.
6. Record the time (seconds) for the complete outflow of the fluid.
7. According to the measured outflow time, refer to the product parameter table or relevant standards to convert or evaluate the fluid viscosity.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the cup body and flow hole are clean and drying without residue blockage.
• Keep the cup vertical during the test to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
• Measurements should be made at the specified environment temperature (25 ° C +/- 0.2 ° C), temperature deviations may affect the results.
• This product is suitable for fluids with a viscosity range of about 5~ 60cSt, and the outflow time should be between 35 and 80 seconds. Measurement accuracy may be affected beyond the range.
• The flow hole diameter is 2mm, do not use with fluids or particulate matter (PM) that may clog this hole.
