The Zahn-2 #Zain Cup is a viscosity measurement tool under the PUSHEN brand. It is suitable for factories, workshops and laboratories to quickly check the viscosity of fluids. The product is equipped with a 30cm long annular handle for easy hand-held immersion in liquids. The ring in the center of the handle helps keep the cup vertical during testing.

Principle
The Zain Cup determines the viscosity of the fluid by measuring the time it takes for a volume of fluid to flow out of the standard aperture at the bottom of the cup. The outflow time is related to the viscosity of the fluid, and the viscosity range of the fluid can be quickly evaluated by comparing the standard parameters at the specified environment temperature.

Steps
1. Hold the ring handle of the cup with your hand.
2. Fully immerse the cup in the liquid to be tested.
3. Lift the cup vertically and start the timer at the same time.
4. Observe the process of liquid flowing out of the flow hole and stop counting when the flow stops for the first time.
5. Record the total time (seconds) for the liquid to flow out.
6. According to the time of outflow, refer to the product parameter comparison table or related conversion table to evaluate the viscosity range of the fluid.
Notice
• Please make sure that the cup body is clean and drying before use, and no residue blocks the flow hole.
• Keep the cup vertical during the test to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
• Measurements should be made at the specified environment temperature (25 ° C +/- 0.2 ° C), temperature deviations may affect the measurement results.
• The outflow time should be controlled between 20 and 80 seconds, beyond this range may affect the accuracy of the viscosity assessment.

• Please select the appropriate cup number (model) according to the estimated viscosity range of the fluid to be tested.
