Overview
The PUSHEN Zahn-3 #Zain Cup is a portable measurement tool for quickly checking fluid viscosity. It is suitable for many applications such as factories, workshops and laboratories. The product is equipped with a 30cm annular handle for easy hand-held immersion in liquids. The ring in the center of the handle helps to keep the cup vertical during testing.

Principle
The Zain Cup determines the viscosity of a fluid by measuring the time it takes for a volume of fluid to flow out of the standard aperture at the bottom of the cup under gravity. The outflow time is related to the viscosity of the fluid, and the longer the time, the higher the viscosity is usually indicated.

Steps
1. Hold the ring handle of the cup with your hand and completely immerse the Zain cup in the liquid to be tested.
2. Use the ring ring in the center of the handle to keep the cup vertical, and quickly and smoothly lift the cup to the liquid level.
3. Start timing at the same time and observe the flow of liquid from the bottom of the cup.
4. Stop timing when the flow is stopped for the first time, and record the total time (seconds) of outflow.
5. According to the outflow time, evaluate the viscosity of the fluid with reference to product parameters or relevant conversion tables.
Notice
The test should be carried out at the specified environment temperature (25 ℃ +/- 0.2 ℃), temperature changes may affect the measurement results.
• Use the handle ring to keep the cup vertical during operation to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Measurement range is viscosity 100~ 800cSt, outflow time 20~ 80s, beyond this range may affect Measurement accuracy.
• After use, the flow hole and cup body should be cleaned in time to prevent the residue from drying, clogging or corrosion.
