The PUSHEN Zahn-4 #Zain Cup is a portable measurement tool for quickly checking fluid viscosity. It is suitable for many applications such as factories, workshops and laboratories. Principle
The Zain Cup determines the viscosity of a fluid by measuring the time it takes for a volume of fluid to flow out of a standard orifice under gravity. The outflow time is related to the viscosity of the fluid, and the longer the time, the higher the viscosity.

Steps
1. Hold the ring handle of the cup with your hand and completely immerse the Zain cup in the liquid to be tested.
2. Use the ring ring in the center of the handle to keep the cup vertical, and quickly lift the cup vertically to the liquid level.
3. Start the timer and record the continuous flow of liquid from the flow hole until the flow stops for the first time.
4. According to the measured outflow time, refer to the viscosity range correspondence table or formula to evaluate the viscosity of the fluid.
Notice
• Ensure that the environment temperature is 25 ° C +/- 0.2 ° C during testing, and temperature changes may affect the measurement results.
• Keep the cup vertical during operation to obtain accurate outflow time.
• After use, the cup body and flow hole should be cleaned in time to prevent the residue from drying and blocking.
• This product is suitable for fluid measurement in the viscosity range of 200~ 1200cSt and outflow time of 20~ 80s.
• This product does not come with a calibrated certificate.
