Overview
The PUSHEN Zahn-5 #Zain Cup is a portable viscosity measurement tool designed to quickly detect fluid viscosity in factories, workshops and laboratories. The product is equipped with a 30cm annular handle for easy hand-held immersion in liquids. The ring in the center of the handle helps keep the cup vertical during testing.

Principle
The Zain Cup determines the viscosity of a fluid by measuring the time it takes for a volume of fluid to flow out of the standard aperture at the bottom of the cup under gravity. The outflow time is related to the viscosity of the fluid, and the longer the time, the higher the viscosity is usually indicated.

Steps
1. Hold the ring handle of the cup with your hand.
2. Fully immerse the cup in the liquid to be tested.
3. Use the ring in the center of the handle to keep the cup vertical.
4. Quickly lift the cup vertically to the liquid level and start timing at the same time.
5. Observe the flow of liquid from the bottom hole of the cup, stop counting when the flow stops for the first time, and record the flow time.
Notice
• Keep the cup vertical during testing to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Measurements should be made at the specified environment temperature (25 ° C +/- 0.2 ° C).
• This product is suitable for fluids with a viscosity range of 400~ 1800cSt and an outflow time of 20~ 80s.
• It should be cleaned in time after use to prevent residues from clogging the flow hole.
