Overview
The PUSHEN T-4 viscosity cup is a desktop viscosity measurement instrument widely used in China for viscosity measurement of Coatings and related products. Its design is simple and durable, the internal dimensions meet the standard regulations, the cup body is made of copper and the polished stainless steel nozzle is equipped with a throttle valve.

Principle
The working principle of this product is based on the outflow method. The viscosity of the fluid is characterized by the measurement of the time it takes for a specific volume (100ml) of fluid to completely flow out of a standard sized flow hole (diameter 4mm) under the action of gravity.

Steps
1. Clean and drying viscosity cup.
2. Place the viscosity cup vertically and plug the nozzle with your finger.
3. Pour the sample to be tested into the cup until it is full.
4. Remove your finger and start timing at the same time, recording the continuous flow of the sample from the nozzle until the flow occurs for the first time.
5. According to the outflow time, refer to the standard conversion table or formula to calculate the sample viscosity.
Notice
• Make sure the viscosity cup and nozzle are clean, drying and free of residue before use.
• Keep the viscosity cup strictly vertical during operation.
The measurement environment temperature should be kept stable and recorded.
• The outflow time should not exceed the upper limit of the specification parameters (≤ 150 seconds).
• Convert or judge according to the measurement results (outflow time) and the viscosity range provided by the product (112~ 685cSt).
• After use, it should be cleaned in time and kept properly.
