Overview
The PUSHEN DIN4 handheld portable DIN cup is a portable viscosity measurement tool designed for quick measurement of paints and similar fluids outflow time in the workshop. It uses an aluminum cup body and a stainless steel nozzle, and the cup edge is equipped with an annular stainless steel handle for easy hand operation.

Principle
The viscosity cup is based on the principle of gravity outflow method. For measurement, the liquid to be tested is filled into the cup body, and then the time for the liquid to completely flow out of the standard flow hole (diameter 4mm) at the bottom of the cup is recorded. The outflow time is related to the viscosity of the liquid and can be used to quickly evaluate the viscosity characteristics of liquids such as paints.
Applications
Paints and similar liquid viscosity measurement
Steps
1. Make sure the viscosity cup is clean and drying.
2. Plug the flow hole with your finger and fill the cup with the liquid to be tested.
3. Remove your finger and start the timer at the same time, allowing the liquid to flow freely.
4. Observe the liquid flow, stop counting when the liquid flow stops for the first time, and record the outflow time.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the cup body and flow hole are clean and free of residue blockage.
• Keep the cup vertical during measurement to ensure accurate results.
• According to the outflow time, the liquid viscosity can be evaluated with reference to relevant standards or conversion tables.
