Overview
The PUSHEN LG 250-475 SAG Tester is used to detect SAG defects, such as streaks or tear marks, on vertical surfaces, edges and corners of paints. The film thickness ranges from 250 to 475 μm, Graduation is 25 μm, and the number of grooves is 10.

Principle
10 film stripes of different thicknesses were generated by the sag coating applicator. After Spreader, the test plate was placed vertically with the thinnest stripes above, and the sag tendency of paints was evaluated by observing the close of the stripes.
