PUSHEN QTG 30-120um Frame Applicator Designed for Spreader uniform paints, binders and similar products on flat substrates, suitable for low viscosity aqueous, acidic and alkaline products, and can be used with Automatic Film Applicator.

Principle
Applicator is placed on a fixed template, the sample is poured in front of the Applicator after sliding at a uniform speed, a uniform wet-film of a predetermined thickness is formed on a flat substrate.
Applications
Spreader for wet-film with specified thickness, measuring the hiding power of the sample, measuring the color of the sample, and preparing the sample
Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it
2. Applicator for wet film thickness
3. Place the Applicator on the short side of the template close to parallel or specified positions
4. Pour approximately 5 ml of sample before Applicator
5. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger
6. Glide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s
7. Wash and dry with solvent after use
8. Apply lubricating oil to the surface
Notice
• The sample must be fixed and cannot be moved when it slides
• Applicators should be selected according to the required wet film thickness
The sliding speed should be maintained at a constant speed of 150 mm/s
• Must be washed and dried with solvent after use
• The surface needs to be coated with lubricating oil after washing
