Overview
The YQH-100 wet-film roller Thickness gauge is a precision measurement tool from the PUSHEN brand for the measurement of wet film thickness in coating operations. Proper Coating thickness is critical for coating mass, too thick can lead to waste and coating cracking, and too thin cannot adequately cover the substrate. This product is suitable for substrates that can only be used in Destructiveness Measurement mode and can be measured in wet-film state.

Principle
The wet film thickness gauge consists of three wheels, the diameter of the center wheel is small, and the diameter of the round wheels on both sides is large. When using, roll the Wet Film Wheel along the wet-film, the center wheel will contact the film layer, and the scale where the contact point is located is the wet film thickness value.

Steps
1. Place the wet film thickness gauge on the surface of the wet-film to be tested
2. Wet Film Wheel
3. Observe the position where the center wheel contacts the wet-film
4. Read the scale value corresponding to the contact point, which is the wet film thickness
Notice
• Ensure smooth surface of wet-film during measurement
When rolling, maintain a uniform speed to avoid jumping
• Keep your line of sight perpendicular to the scale when reading the scale
• After use, it should be cleaned in time to maintain instrument accuracy
• Avoid excessive pressure when coating is not curing
