Overview
The PUSHEN YQH-200 wet-film roller Thickness gauge is a precision instrument for the measurement of wet film thickness in coating operations. Coating thickness is critical for coating mass, too thick can waste costs and cause coatings to break, too thin can not adequately cover the substrate. Destructiveness measurement is possible when the coating is not curing.

Principle
The wet film thickness gauge consists of three wheels, the diameter of the center wheel is small, and the diameter of the round wheels on both sides is large. When rolling the Wet Film Wheel along the wet-film surface during measurement, the center wheel will contact the film layer, and the scale corresponding to the contact point is the wet film thickness value.

Steps
1. Place the wet film thickness gauge on the surface of the wet-film to be tested
2. Smooth rolling of Wet Film Wheel along wet-film surface
3. Observe the position where the center wheel contacts the wet-film
4. Read the scale value corresponding to the contact point is the wet film thickness
Notice
• Wet Film Wheel clean and drying during measurement
• Keep it smooth when rolling and avoid tilting
• When reading the scale, the line of sight should be perpendicular to the scale
• It should be cleaned and maintained in time after use
• Avoid use on completely curing coatings
