The YQH-1000 wet-film roller Thickness gauge is a precision measuring instrument from the PUSHEN brand for the measurement of wet film thickness in coating operations. Proper Coating thickness is crucial for coating mass, too thick wastes costs and may cause coating rupture, too thin does not adequately cover the substrate, so timely thickness measurement is required when the coating is not curing.

Principle
The wet film thickness gauge consists of three wheels, the diameter of the center wheel is small, and the diameter of the round wheels on both sides is large. When using, roll the Wet Film Wheel along the surface of the wet-film, the center wheel will contact the film layer, and the scale corresponding to the contact point is the wet film thickness value.

Steps
1. Place the wet film thickness gauge on the surface of the wet-film to be tested
2. Smooth rolling of Wet Film Wheel along wet-film surface
3. Observe the position where the center wheel contacts the film layer
4. Read the scale value corresponding to the contact point is the wet film thickness
Notice
• Make sure the Wet Film Wheel rolls smoothly during measurement
• When reading the scale, it should be at the exact position where the center wheel contacts the film layer
• Clean the instrument in time after use
• Avoid use in the curing state of the coating
