Overview
YONGLIDA QDX film multi-purpose detector is a comprehensive testing instrument that integrates three test functions of cross-cut adhesion, film film thickness and Buchholz Crowd Hardness. It is suitable for testing film cross-cut adhesion, film thickness and Buchholz Crowd Hardness.
Features
1. Functional integration: One instrument integrates three test functions: cross-cut adhesion, film film thickness and Buchholz Cement Hardness.
2. Variety of specifications: 1mm and 2mm tool tooth spacing are provided to meet different testing requirements.
3. Blade options: Thickness measuring cutting blades are available at 45 °, 26 ° 33 'and 5 ° 42' angles.
4. Precise load: Crane knife load is 500 +/- 5g to ensure test accuracy.
Principle
Measurement principle of destruction is used in this detector. Cross-cut on the film surface by cutting knife of specific specifications to evaluate its adhesion; Cut into the film by cutting edge of different angles, and convert the film film thickness by measuring the width of the incision; Cedulum is formed on the film surface by applying a Cedulum knife of standard load, and the Buchholz Cedulum Hardness of the film is evaluated according to the length of the Cedulum.
Applications
Suitable for film cross-cut adhesion testing, film Film thickness testing, Buchholz Cys hardness testing.
Standards
GB/T9268、GB/T13452、GB/T9275
Steps
1. Select the appropriate tool or accessory according to the test item (adhesion, Film thickness or Hardness).
For cross-cut adhesion testing, use a cutting knife with a spacing of 1mm or 2mm to draw a mesh on the film surface.
3. For film Film thickness test, select the cutting edge at the appropriate angle (45 °, 26 ° 33 'or 5 ° 42') to cut into the film, measure the incision width and convert the Film thickness.
4. For Buchholz Cedar hardness testing, the Cedar knife with a load of 500 +/- 5g was placed on the surface of the film for a specified time, and the length of the formed Cedar was measured.
Notice
• Please read the manual carefully before use to ensure correct operation.
• According to different test standards and sample requirements, choose the appropriate knife tooth spacing and blade angle.
• Ensure that the load of the Crane knife is accurately 500 +/- 5g to ensure the accuracy of the hardness testing results.
• Ensure that the surface of the sample is flat and clean during testing.
• The instrument is a precision measurement tool, please clean and keep it properly after use.
• This instrument uses destructive measurement, which will cause damage to the film. Please confirm that the sample is allowed for Destructiveness test before testing.
