Principle
The machine adopts AC servo speed control motor and speed control system as the driving device. After the power is decelerated by the deceleration system composed of arc timing belt and synchronous pulley, it is transmitted to the precision lead screw pair, which drives the beam to move to load the sample, and realizes smooth and High Accuracy force value control and measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (single-phase 220V).
2. Install the appropriate fixture according to the test requirements.
3. Place the specimen correctly between the upper and lower clamps.
4. Select or set the corresponding test methods and parameters (e.g. speed, etc.) in the control software.
5. Start the test, the equipment automatically loads and displays data and Linear dispersion in real time.
6. The equipment will automatically shut down after the specimen breaks or the test is completed.
7. The software automatically calculates and generates a test result report.
Notice
Equipment should be installed on a solid foundation and properly grounded.
• Before operation, check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (single phase 220V).
• When clamping the sample, it must be firm and centered to prevent the sample from slipping or being unevenly stressed.
• During operation, it is strictly forbidden for any part of the body to enter the range of motion of the moving beam.
• Pay attention to the upper and lower mechanical limit protection of the equipment to avoid over-stroke operation.
• Regularly maintain the equipment to maintain the cleanliness and lubrication of moving parts such as screws and guide rails.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or adjust the internal electrical and mechanical components of the equipment.
