Overview
The PUSHEN QBJ automatic cupping instrument is used to detect the extension and damage of single coatings and multi-coatings on the substrate. The instrument uses a motor-driven punch, has extremely high reproducibility, does not need to zero the steel plate, automatically returns to zero after the test, no cumulative error, and comes with a standard 10x magnifying glass for easy observation of experimental results.
Features
1. The motor drive punch has extremely high reproducibility.
2. No need to zero the steel plate, it will automatically return to zero after the test, without cumulative error.
3. High Accuracy Position Sensor, indentation accuracy up to 0.01mm.
4. With standard requirements of 10 times magnifying glass, easy to observe and judge the experimental results.
5. Test plates up to 1.25mm thick can be measured.
6. Digital display, all functions are controlled by two buttons.
Principle
The automatic cupping device uses the motor-driven punch to indent the test plate, and uses the High Accuracy Position Sensor to precisely control the indentation depth to detect the extension and damage of the coating.
Standards
GB/T 9753、ISO 1520
Steps
1. Prepare the test plate to ensure that the thickness is within the range of 0.30-1. 25mm.
2. Use 2 buttons to control the instrument function and set parameters.
3. Start the instrument for indentation test.
4. After the test is completed, the instrument automatically returns to zero.
5. Use the attached 10x magnifying glass to observe the experimental results.
Notice
• Make sure the input voltage is 220V AC 50HZ.
• The thickness of the test plate must be within the range of 0.30-1. 25mm.
• Check whether the instrument is returned to zero normally before use.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid electric shock.
• Regularly calibrate Sensors to maintain accuracy.
